Dr. Arnold R. Bahlmann
For more than 20 years, Arnold R. Bahlmann has worked for Bertelsmann AG, one of the largest media groups in the world. With an extensive range of experience in a variety of industries, he served as manager for the European music branch of BMG, chairman for Premiere, one of Germany's biggest pay tv channel and a member of the supervisory board for Bertelsmann focusing on strategy, M&A (sale of AOL, Mediaways), IT, new business and professional information (Springer Science and Business Media). Since 2003 Bahlmann is active as investor and member of several advisory boards for media companies in Europe and the US. As senior advisor he supported Permira Instrumental during the acquisition process of SBS Broadcasting and ProSiebenSat1 Media AG.

Klaus Matzka has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Before joining gamma capital partners, Klaus Matzka garnered success as the founder of iLab24, a leader in ICT-investments. In the early 90's he founded a telecommunications and Internet service provider company, which he later sold successfully to the Norwegian Telecom. Matzka, an enthusiastic skier and mountaineer, studied economics in Vienna. His key expertise is focused on understanding business operations and strategy, management, the incubation of new business strategies and the ability to create a viable market for the ICT-sector. Klaus Matzka is active in the fields of communication and network industries, electronic engineering and software.

Since 1995, Erik Ott has served as head of the M&A department at Rainmakers Capital. In recent years, he has focused his work on the Consumer Mobile Infrastructure. As a passionate globetrotter, he gained extensive experience developing market entry strategies for non-US companies into the US market. His expertise includes a buyer and seller understanding of capital acquirements and M&A activities. Erik Ott is a regularly featured speaker for leading industry events. Ott, who is fluent in Spanish, splits his time traveling and working in San Francisco and Europe.
Dr. Oliver Ginthör

Born in 1963 in Vienna, Oliver Ginthörstudied economics and law in Vienna, Essca, Peking, Taipei and Hong Kong. His professional career started in 1990 when he took on a position as a university professor in Germany. While teaching as a university professor, he grew his professional practice as senior consultant at the Center for Management in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 1994 he founded the tax counseling office, Ginthör and Partners, the Austrian partner of Baker Tilly, International. Ginthör and Partners are members of the ITPA, the Ifa and Austrian representative for tax-related tasks at the ICC. Since 2001 Dr. Ginthör serves as the president of the VÖS, the Austrian taxpayer union. Furthermore he is a member of multiple tax reform committees, think tanks and the Austrian chamber of chartered public accountants and tax consultants. He is currently teaching at several universities, a book editor and seminar instructor at the Hernstein-Institute.

Steffen Kühr, photographer and globetrotter, has over 10 years of experience in the international mobile telecommunications market. During his years working abroad in Germany, Austria, the UK and the US for Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile and Detecon, he held positions as senior mobile marketing manager, head of content and international proposition manager. During that time, he introduced several products into the European market, such as t-zones and web'n'walk. Since 2007, Steffen Kühr has served as senior consultant at Detecon Inc, in San Mateo, CA and is part of the i5invest Advisory Board.
